Bangkok to London tour Package

///

Travelling from Bangkok to London is increasingly popular, both among expats living in Thailand and tourists who are eager to experience the charm of the British capital. Although Bangkok itself is a vibrant and culturally rich destination, many travellers from the city are drawn to London’s royal heritage, iconic landmarks, and cosmopolitan vibe, which together make it one of the top international destinations for Thai and foreign residents alike.

Geographically, Thailand is beautifully bordered by Myanmar to the west, Laos to the east, and the Gulf of Thailand to the south. From Bangkok, the distance to London is approximately 5,930 miles (9,540 km) by air, or about 7,765 miles (12,500 km) by road, spanning multiple countries and even crossing continents.

Moreover, both cities attract millions of visitors every year for tourism, business, education, and employment. Thanks to frequent flight connections and a variety of travel options, the journey between Bangkok and London has never been more convenient.

On this page, we’ll guide you through our Bangkok to London tour packages, including:

  • The best ways to travel

  • Recommended accommodation options

  • Must-visit attractions and experiences in London

Ultimately, this guide will help you discover everything you need to plan an unforgettable journey from Bangkok to one of the most iconic cities in the world.

Bangkok to London Flights

The most efficient way to travel from Bangkok to London is by air. Thai Airways and EVA Air offer direct non-stop flights from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) to London Heathrow Airport (LHR), with flight durations averaging between 12 hours and 35 minutes to 13 hours and 35 minutes. Thai Airways operates two daily flights on this route.

Other airlines, such as Singapore Airlines, Lufthansa, Etihad Airways, KLM, Qatar Airways, Air India, and SriLankan Airlines, also provide services between Bangkok and London. However, these flights typically involve stopovers, leading to longer travel times. For instance, Singapore Airlines flights may include a layover in Singapore, extending the total journey time to approximately 20 hours. Etihad Airways flights usually have a stopover in Abu Dhabi, with total travel durations around 16 hours.

For the quickest and most direct travel experience, booking a non-stop flight with Thai Airways or EVA Air is recommended.

We’ve also partnered with Skyscanner to help you find the best deals on Bangkok to London flights, making it easier to compare prices and book your ideal trip.

So I would thoroughly recommend leisure and business travellers, if you are planning to take a flight from Bangkok to London, book your tickets from Thai Airlines or British Airways. These two airlines will help you reach London without any stopover or changeover in about 13 hours max.

The best way to travel from Dublin to London would be by Air, as you can take a direct flight from Dublin Airport to London Heathrow. Dublin Airport is also the top 10 busiest airports in Europe. You can get flights from Dublin to London for as low as 100 Euros. The best and most affordable service is provided by Air Lingus Airlines. Another good budget airline is Ryanair, which runs flights to London Gatwick, Stansted and Luton Airport. If you are planning to take a flight from Dublin to London Heathrow, there are only two airlines which are offering flights which are Air Lingus and British Airways. Dublin to London by Train

Another way of travelling from Dublin to London is by train. The best services are offered by Trainline, Omio and Rail Europe, which operate from Dublin Ferryport, Connolly, Pearse and Heuston stations. Even though this option of travelling is available from Dublin to London, this mode of transport does take quite a lot of time, as compared to Dublin to London by flight. The journey duration from Dublin to London King’s Cross station is about 8 hours and 30 minutes, while coming back from London to Dublin. The duration of the journey varies from station to station, and the number of stops and changes.

The journey on the most economical side will cost you about € 107, which is rather dearer than travelling from Dublin to London by flight. So I would thoroughly recommend taking air transport. To check offers from Trainline, Rail Europe and Omio, click on the logos below.

Excitement of going to London

//

I will be going to London after almost 7 months, and the sheer excitement of going to London is making me feel like on top of the world. I am really looking forward to travelling to this amazing and beautiful city. Every time I go there, I have these goosebumps which I get when I think of taking a flight, landing, places I will see again, food, weather, culture and seeing my friends. It all adds up so nicely, from landing at Heathrow airport to going to relatives.

This time, I have booked my flights with Emirates. Direct flights were not an option, as my mother is staying there for some time, and I have to bring her back as she can’t travel alone, and her return flight is booked with Emirates. I have travelled quite a lot many times via Emirates. The service is top notch the connecting flight is smooth and everything is on time. Flight no EK511 is a frequent flight en route from Delhi to London. The plane which takes travellers from New Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport to Dubai International Airport is Boeing 777-300ER. The plane is nice and comfy, and the entertainment screen in front of your seat is pretty decent too. By the way, these are my impressions from my last flight from Delhi to London.

Looking forward to travelling again with Emirates. Please do share your experience while travelling with Emirates.
